Taco Hot Dish

  • 1 can (20 ounce) Vege-Burger

  • 1 small onion

  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 -15 oz can tomato sauce

  • ½ cup chopped black olives

  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

  • 24 oz cottage cheese

  • 1 - 8 oz bag Doritos crushed

  • 8 oz cream cheese

 

 

Directions:

  • Put crushed Doritos on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

  • Brown veggie burger and onion. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning to veggie meat.

  • Layer veggie meat mixture on chips.

  • Mix cottage cheese and sour cream then layer over veggie meat mixture.

  • Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

  • Sprinkle chopped black olives on top of cheese. Cover with tin foil.

  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
